1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, processing typically takes 1–3 business days, with delivery in 5–8 business days, provided you ordered before 12:00 PM. If these timelines are exceeded, please contact our customer service team.
2. Where can I find my tracking code (Track & Trace)?
Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking code via email. Check your spam folder, as our emails may occasionally end up there. Note that it may take a short time for the tracking link to become active.
3. How can I track my order?
Use the tracking number sent via email to monitor your order. Enter it on our tracking page at Ravond.com/track123 to view your delivery status.
4. I’m not satisfied with my package
